I design complex products and make them easier to use.
I'm a product designer with 15+ years of experience across federal digital services, real estate technology, SaaS, and client work. I work across research, UX, product strategy, design systems, accessibility, and increasingly the space between design and front‑end development.
Work I'm proud of
02
Designing within the complexity of government
Product and UX work supporting USTR, NCI, and HHS, where accessibility, policy, security, and complex workflows are part of the design problem.
Some work and details are limited due to the nature of the projects.
03
FlowOS — an operating platform for wellness studios
A product I designed and built from the ground up to bring scheduling, clients, operations, and business insights into one system.
04
Canopy — exploring a more connected way to run a small business
A modular business platform bringing CRM, projects, finances, operations, and planning into one connected workspace. I've taken it from early product thinking and information architecture through UX, design systems, prototyping, and a working application.
05
Building a brand and digital home for a local wellness studio
Created the identity, brand system, and website for a Main Street wellness business, working from early direction through launch.

The work I keep coming back to
Designer by trade. Builder by nature.
I've been designing digital products for about 15 years, but I still approach the work with the same curiosity I had when I started. I like figuring out how things work — the people involved, the rules, the workflows, the edge cases — and then finding a simpler way through them.
A lot of my career has been spent on complex software: real estate platforms, federal digital services, internal tools, and products people rely on to do their jobs. That work taught me that good UX usually isn't about adding more. It's about understanding what matters and removing what gets in the way.
Over the last few years I've also gotten much closer to development. I design systems, prototype in code, build with React, and use AI as part of my workflow. That has changed the way I design because I can follow an idea much further — from an early sketch to something people can actually use.
Outside of design, I'm usually playing music, getting outside, practicing yoga, or making something just because I wanted to see if I could.
Have a complicated product problem?
Those tend to be the ones I enjoy most. I'm currently exploring Senior Product Designer opportunities and select consulting work — full‑time or contract, remote or hybrid in the Washington, D.C. / Maryland area.
